We offer a 14-day full refund or exchange period on full priced items, meaning you have 14 days starting the day after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. After this period sales are final, meaning refunds and exchanges are not available. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS

Please contact team@peachavenuetoys.com with your order number. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Boxed items must be unopened. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Please note, items are returned at your own cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items attempted to be sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@peachavenuetoys.com.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please email team@peachavenuetoys.com with your order number and the replacement toy you would like. Exchange items must be of the same or greater value. 

To be eligible for a exchange, all items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Boxed items must be unopened. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Please note, the exchange address will be shared once your exchange is approved. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The sale of gift cards and sale items are final and non refundable or exchange upon purchase.Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact team@peachavenuetoys.com with your order number immediately if the order you receive is defective, damaged or incorrectly received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel.
